Long time no talk

Well hello!

Oofta. It has been a long time. I have had no consistency since starting this blog, so for that I apologize. Life has been busy. So, here is a long overdue update:

Wedding planning - still easy. I keep wondering if I am missing something or if I'm just that awesome. I love to plan, organize, and decorate, so planning a wedding is in my wheelhouse. Everything is pretty much done, give or take a few small things that don't need to be done yet. I picked up my dress in Sioux Falls in August, the same day D and I had engagement pictures done, and boy are they dreamy. I could not love them more. And the dress? Even more dreamy. I am beyond excited to wear this dress and see it all come together. Less than a year now, the countdown is officially on! (The countdown has been on since the day we got engaged but now I feel like it is more acceptable to share it since it hit the one year mark.)

Fur babies - still naughty. I mean, not really naughty, just a handful. I love them despite their shithead moments, but holy cow. Some days they are on a different level! But they're besties. I can't stay mad for too long, especially with those faces!! I keep trying to talk D into a third, yes I know, I'm nuts, but I am so serious haha. Hopefully when we buy a house, we can add to the fur baby clan, but until then, B and Ellie will provide more than enough entertainment.

School - D has been a college graduate since July! Whoop whoop! I only have about a month left, which seems unreal. I'm sad to leave my college job but I am pumped to have no more homework or lectures. Then after that, we'll see. I have my ideas, just have to get the ball rolling. Stay tuned.

Me - I am doing pretty good! Really excited to see what the next year holds! The wedding part is what I'm most excited about. Speaking of which, if you have any honeymoon suggestions, send them my way! Dawson has been busy busy busy with harvest, which just finished up for them yesterday. We had lots of date nights in the semi, and I'm not mad about it. I could watch people farm all day long. I got to help out with a few meals which I actually loved so much. Harvest 2023 in the books, now getting ready for dreadful winter :(

Seems like a boring update, and it is. I'm a pretty lame person. I will hopefully be more on top of my blog now that school will be coming to an end! Thank you if you read this far:)
